Research Complex

The construction of the Research Complex of Hong Kong Shue Yan University (HKSYU) is entering into its final stage. The new Complex, with its student hostel, will come into operation at the start of the second semester of the 2016/2017 academic year (January 2017).

The Research Complex consists of a High Block of 15 storeys and a Low Block of 7 storeys, both built over a podium of 5 storeys. The total gross floor area of the Complex is about 35,300 square meters (about 380,500 square feet) – which is 1.05 times of the Hong Kong Central Library, of which 71% are study and research venues and 29% will be allocated to hostel spaces.

香港樹仁大學研究院綜合大樓建造工程已進入最後階段。新大樓連同學生宿舍，將於2016—2017學年下學期（2017年1月）正式啟用。

研究院綜合大樓由一幢15層的高座和一幢7層的低座，以及5層裙樓組成，總樓面面積為35,350平方米（約380,500平方呎），相當於1.05個香港中央圖書館。大樓內研究和教學設施佔71%，學生宿舍佔29%。
